If Silva beats Ladell, and Jackson beats Griffen, should Silva get his chance to beat Jackson for the third time? I think this would be a hell of a four fighter tournament. Winner fights winner, loser fights loser, that would be the ultimate fight card.
When will the UFC convince Fedor to join the UFC? In my opinion, he's the greatest fighter in the world and most UFC fans don't know who he is.

All sources I can find including wiki, state that the season will feature middle weight fighters. # The Ultimate Fighter 7 (Spring 2008) - Middleweights [1]

The following is an excerpt from an article on BloodyElbow.com:

“UFC matchmaker Joe Silva made an appearance at the Combat Sports Challenge in Richmond, VA this past weekend where he announced to the crowd that the next season of The Ultimate Fighter will focus exclusively on the middleweight class. No further details are available at this time. However, if ultimately true, this would be a boon to a comparatively weak division.”

I was really surprised to see that Forest made #1 contender against Jackson. I've watched every single Griffin fight and I'm a big fan. No matter if he wins or loses, you gotta cheer this guy, he's just a showstopper, for sure. Against Jackson, however, I gotta question the wisdom here... Forest shouldn't even be in this weight class, I don't think he's built for it. I would rather see Matt Hughes bulk up and take on Rampage than see Forest do it, the whole thing feels wrong to me. And don't get me started on Jackson, this guy is a wonder to behold. He lost twice to Wanderlei Silva, once to Mauricio Rua in 2005 and has gone on to win six fights since. I was surprised to see him get a title shot against The Ice Man, but then since he beat him back during a crossover on Pride, it wasn't all that much of a shock. I've yet to buy into him as a Champion, but I know he has it in him to prove to me and the rest of the world that he has what it takes to make it in the UFC. With 28 wins and 6 losses, he has definitely paid his dues, but if he loses to Forest, especially after Jardine's embarrassing defeat, Jackson is going to look like a 2-hit wonder and fade away. On the other hand, this fight is a win-win situation for Forest: people will start taking him more seriously and his rep will continue to climb. IMHO, Forest is the Future of the UFC. My prediction: Jackson in the second with a TKO via stoppage.
